SAMA GROUP - After school Class bookings.

• A 2 x class trial is available - trials are non refundable as places are saved for individual students.
• A SAMA membership/insurance is required after their 2nd session attended.
• All term class payments will hold children's space within a class.
• Termly bookings are allowed for new members, although a SAMA membership will be required after 2 completed sessions.
• A £4.00 late payment charge will be added to invoices which have not been completed prior to the first class start date.
• Cancellation of pre paid bookings will result in a one class (£6.00) charge.
• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• SAMA or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• SAMA reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - info@samagroup.co.uk
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions.
• If there are any sessions missed sure to typical bad weather or school closures, SAMA will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
